Bangladesh Violence: Violence has broken out again in Bangladesh. Violence broke out in Bangladesh after Friday prayers on Friday. Islamic extremists carried out two heart-wrenching incidents after Friday prayers. First, these extremists desecrated the grave of a Sufi saint during Friday prayers and then these extremists removed his body from the grave and set it on fire. On the other hand, they set fire to the office of a religious party. This latest incident of violence has shaken the entire Bangladesh. Since the coup in Bangladesh last year, incidents of violence have been increasing continuously in the country. Muslim extremists are constantly targeting the country's minorities.
The office of the sexual party was set on fire.
Local media in Bangladesh reported on Saturday that extremists vandalized and set fire to the central office of the Bangladesh Nationalist Party in Dhaka. This is the second such incident in 10 days. The incident took place late on Friday evening, when leaders of another political party, the Gono Adhikar Parishad, held a rally in the capital's Shahbagh and demanded a ban on Japa. Confirming the incident, Rozina Akhtar, duty officer at the control room of the Fire Services and Civil Defence Headquarters, said, "We received a tip-off at around 7:00 pm that some people pelted bricks and stones at the office of the Nationalist Party and then set it on fire."
More than 100 people injured
After Friday prayers on September 5 in West Rajbari district of Bangladesh, some Muslim extremists crossed all limits of cruelty. These extremists made the grave of Sufi dervish Noora Pagla a victim of their terror. Noora Pagla had died just two weeks ago. Her body was buried in the grave. These extremists dug the grave of Sufi dervish Noora Pagla, took out her body and set it on fire. Along with this, they also vandalized her shrine. During this, some followers of Noora Pagla clashed with these extremists. One person died in this violent clash while more than 100 people were injured.
Attack on the office of a sexual party
This was the second such attack in a week amid rising political violence in Bangladesh under the interim government led by Mohammad Yunus. According to information received, some extremists suddenly attacked the office of the Jalal Party. They broke the furniture inside and set it on fire. Jalal Party Secretary General Shamim Haider Patwari strongly condemned the attack and said that the party holds the Gono Adhikar Parishad responsible for it.
The government should conduct a judicial inquiry into this incident: Shamim Haider Patwari
Shamim Haider Patwari said, 'The government should conduct a judicial inquiry into this incident. If found guilty, the registration of the Gono Adhikar Party should be cancelled.' Addressing reporters, Japan Presidium member Rezaul Karim indirectly targeted the Gono Adhikar Parishad and said, 'Those who organized the rally in Shahbagh were behind this attack. He also alleged that the interim government has failed to provide security and prevent mob attacks. The party was and will remain in Bangladesh in the future.' However, the Gono Adhikar Parishad has denied these allegations.
Earlier, the Japanese central office was vandalized on August 30.
The report suggests that in one such attack, the JAPA central office was vandalised and set on fire on August 30, a day after violent clashes between its workers and those of the Gono Rights Council in Kakrel. Following that attack, the Awami League strongly condemned the vandalism, looting and arson at the JAPA office. It also alleged that the incident was carried out with the direct support of the Yunus regime, under whose rule mob-terrorism is rampant in Bangladesh. Bangladesh has been gripped by violence and widespread chaos under the caretaker government led by Yunus since the democratically elected Awami League government led by Sheikh Hasina was ousted.
