USA and Indian Students News: Till now, Indians used to give more priority to America to get education abroad, however, now the choice of Indians is changing and they are losing their enthusiasm for America. Now they are leaving America and giving priority to Europe. This has been revealed in a recent report by the Transnational Education TNE of the edtech company Upgrade.

This report, prepared keeping in mind the situation of the year 2024-25, further states that the luster of America has dimmed among Indian students. Now students are choosing Europe first. There are more restrictions in America than in Europe regarding visas. Indian students are being preferred more because visa rules are relaxed in Europe. There has been a decline of about 13 percent every year in admissions to American universities. Because Indian students have started giving priority to countries like Germany where there has been a 32 percent jump in admissions in the year 2024-25.

The TNE report 2024-25 states that America is no longer the best destination for Indian students. They are turning to Germany and West Asia. Indian students are also going to the United Arab Emirates more than before. West Asia is fast becoming a practical and preferred study destination for students. Satellite campuses of American universities including Georgetown, Johns Hopkins, RIT, Carnegie Mellon and Weill Cornell in Dubai and Qatar's Education City are offering degrees similar to their home institutions. America has certainly taken a hit, but the situation in Britain is as stable as before.
