'...then H1-B visa holders will get entry into America', Trump tightens grip on green card holders too

'...so H1-B visa holders will be allowed to enter America', Trump also lashed out at green card holders 1 - image

Donald Trump News: The Trump administration, which has cracked down on those living illegally in America, is now tightening its grip on green card holders and H1-B visa holders. For this, it has made significant changes in immigration laws and is now targeting legal immigration to the country as well. The Trump administration is also making the situation of international students and H1-B visa holders even more difficult.

The Trump administration wants to see more American workers get jobs and American companies hire fewer foreign workers. As part of this, a new wage-based process for the H1-B visa has been proposed and is likely to be implemented soon.

The new wage-based system is planned to establish a wage-based allocation process. With this, H1-B candidates will be selected based on their income and the high wages paid by the American firm. Thus, the Trump administration wants to ensure that only those with high wages will have a higher chance of getting an H1-B visa. While American companies use these H1-B visas to keep their labor costs low. These visa holders work for wages lower than the average American worker. Therefore, the Trump administration's move is like a no-no-no-no for H1-B visas.

The same thing is what it wants to do for American green card holders. Till now, American green card holders can live and work in America. Now the Trump administration has ensured that green card holders live in peace. The American government is actively working to take away the green cards of many Americans. Taking away the citizenship of these people is the top priority of the US Department of Justice. US Secretary of State Mark Rubio has said that if any green card holder is involved in any illegal activity, the government will take away the card from him. In addition, the US Department of Justice has said that the administration will take steps to take away the citizenship of those who became American citizens through naturalization by taking a green card. In addition, the green card can also be taken away for showing low income in the tax return.

In addition, America has announced that legal residents or Green Card holders will also have to go through a Neighborhood Investigation process. After that, they will be granted American citizenship. These Neighborhood Investigations include certificates from neighbors, owners, co-workers and business associates. In addition, the spouses of green card holders will also have to undergo strict scrutiny during the interview.

India-US Relations :   Tensions are currently running high between India and the US and between President Donald Trump and Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, but will the friendship between the two leaders get back on track? This question has become the center of discussion in global diplomacy. Despite trade tensions and 50% tariffs between India and the US, an opportunity to strengthen relations between the two countries can be found in the Quad (Quadrilateral Security Dialogue) summit. India is going to host this summit in November this year. Trump recently took to his social media platform Truth Social to describe the India-US trade relationship as a one-sided disaster and imposed a total of 50% tariffs on India, including an additional 25% tariff on its purchase of Russian oil. He also claimed that India had offered to reduce the tariffs to zero, but it was too late. On the other hand, India has called the tariffs unfair, unexpected and unreasonable. However, PM Modi did...
